Proper use of the equipment provided by The Studio at Apertures Photo is the responsibility of the renter.  This includes the renter as well as their clients and anyone else in their party.  Repairs for any damage caused to the equipment or property due to misuse will be the financial responsibility of the renter.  Renters will be charged an additional $40 fee for excessive trash (cake, confetti, glitter, etc.) that is left behind after a rental is complete.

Prior to the rental of one of our photography studios, we will require a credit card in exchange for a PocketWizard - we don't want you to leave with our radio triggers and you don't want us to go shopping on your dime.

You, as the renter, will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement (click HERE to view) before each rental session.  It's pretty standard.

If you have questions about anything, please ask.  We don't want to have to charge you extra fees and (trust us) you don't want to pay to repair our equipment.

Cancellations and rescheduling should be completed at least 24 hours before the date and time that was originally reserved.  Cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded the $15 scheduling deposit.
